Return & Refund Policy

At Glow Maven, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes. Each product is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@glowmaven.in within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
